Anonymous shopping activity
We use a random anonymous identifier saved in browser local storage, with a temporary cookie fallback, to estimate active visitors, cart quantities and card values, and popular card-detail views. Our private seller dashboard shows summaries and anonymous live browser rows with the current page (private order links are excluded), latest shop action, search phrase, viewed card, cart totals, time in the shop and inactivity. We do not record screens or checkout field contents for live monitoring, or show names, contact details or bank information. Activity updates while the shop is visible. Live records are normally kept for about 24 hours and card-view records for about 30 days, then removed during routine activity cleanup. We also retain anonymous card-addition records (card, date, quantity and a random event identifier) to count how often cards are added to carts over time; these contain no visitor identity. We also retain daily peak active-browser counts and the times they occurred, without visitor identities. We record shop search phrases after a short typing pause, their time and result count, without linking them to visitor identities. Search records are normally retained for about 30 days and removed during routine cleanup. Searches resembling email addresses or long phone numbers are excluded. We use random browser and checkout-attempt identifiers stored in your browser to measure checkout progress, first detail entry, activity times and order submission. We do not record field contents for this tracking. These anonymous progress records are retained until removed for analytics and support; aggregate dashboard reports cover 30 days. Counts are approximate and may be affected by blocked tracking or multiple tabs.

Information we collect
When you submit an order request, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the cards and quantities selected, order amounts and order status. Your email address and notes are optional. We may ask you for delivery information when arranging your shipment. Messages and payment confirmations you send us may also contain personal information. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in your notes.
How we use your information
We use this information to process your request, confirm availability and the total, contact you about payment, arrange RedBox delivery, provide order support and keep necessary transaction records. We also count shop visits to understand use of the store. Required checkout fields are needed to contact you and fulfil your request; without them we cannot process an order. Browsing does not require a customer account.
Cart, language and visitor statistics
We use your browser’s local storage to remember the card IDs and quantities in your cart and your language and color-theme preferences. We do not save your checkout contact details in local storage. You can clear these saved preferences in your browser settings. A shared random browser identifier in local storage keeps repeated activity updates and visits associated with the same browser. It remains until browser storage is cleared. If storage is blocked, a temporary in-memory identifier is used and may change on reload. A fallback cookie named dd_visitor contains a randomly generated visitor identifier and lasts up to one year. We store that identifier with visit dates and page-view counts. We do not put your name or contact details in this cookie. We check your browser’s user-agent information to exclude bots. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, under their own policies. Blocking or clearing cookies affects how repeat visits are counted.
Sharing and service providers
We review your submitted orders in our protected order management area. When our email notification service (Resend) is configured, we may use it to send the necessary order information to our shop’s email inbox. We share the information needed for delivery with RedBox when arranging your shipment. We use ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host our website and store data. Email and WhatsApp communications are also handled by their respective providers. These services may process information outside Saudi Arabia. We do not sell your order information or use it for advertising. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Payments
After submitting your order, open your private order page for bank-transfer instructions when available. Transfer payment through your bank, report it on the order page, and follow the order’s status. If instructions are unavailable, we contact you with payment details. We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or payment login credentials on our website. Your bank or payment provider processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We use any payment confirmation you send us directly to verify payment for your order.
Private order links and transfer receipts
Your private order link gives its holder access to the order summary, payment instructions when available, and status history. Keep it confidential. We store the sender name and optional receipt image you submit to verify payments. Receipts are accessible only through seller authentication; hide unrelated balances and transactions before uploading. We do not automatically delete receipts on a fixed schedule; contact us with privacy or deletion requests. Saved order links remain on your browser until you remove them or clear browser storage.
Card payments through Raed
We send a Raed invoice link after your order is submitted. Card details are entered on the invoice payment page and handled by its payment provider, not collected by this website. Invoice creation and payment verification are handled manually. The invoice may include your name, contact information and order amount needed to process payment.
Storage, retention and deletion
We store submitted orders and visitor statistics in our website’s database and restrict access to order management. We currently do not automatically delete these records on a set schedule. We retain information for order fulfilment, support and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention of your records; information that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately. Clearing your browser storage removes local cart and language data, but does not delete submitted orders or server-side visitor records.
Reviews
When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, site and service ratings, comment and publication status. Reviews stay private until we choose to publish them. With your consent, published reviews display your name, ratings, comment and submission date. Avoid including private information. We use a daily salted hash of your network address for a short submission cooldown; the raw address is not stored in review records. Reviews are retained until removed; contact us to request correction or deletion.
Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access your personal information, receive a readable copy, correct or update it, or request its destruction. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. Email us with your request and order number if available; we may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. You can raise a privacy complaint with us and may also use SDAIA’s Personal Data Protection Platform.
